The Student Helpdesk is for new and current students who need help with accounts and/or access or who want to learn about NSU’s online services.
Virus: a piece of malicious software than can infect your computer and other computers through the internet or a network. A virus can severely damage files and computer components.
Spyware: Spyware comes in two forms; malicious software and tracking software. Spyware can slow down the performance of your computer. Some Spyware can log key strokes and even send personal information across the internet to others.
Pop-up Windows: mini websites that can load when you enter a page. Some web applications need to open a Pop-up window in order for you to proceed.
