Reatha Cox, director of Student Affairs at Northwestern State University, was named Outstanding Staff Member of the Year during the third annual University of Louisiana System’s For Our Future Conference that took place on University of Louisiana – Monroe campus last week. Cox was honored for more than 30 years of service and dedication to NSU students. The UL System is comprised of nine universities, including Northwestern State, with a collective enrollment of about 92,000 students.  Dr. Jim Henderson, UL System president and an NSU alum, presented the award.  About 500 delegates from all nine universities attended the conference, which focused on innovation, integrity and inclusion.
