NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University’s Homecoming parade is returning in 2021. This year’s theme is “Rock ‘Em Demons.” The parade will begin at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 22 and will include spirit groups, athletes and the Homecoming Honor Court throwing candy and other goodies along the route to downtown Natchitoches. Registered student organizations will be riding on decorated floats for the family-friendly event.
The parade will leave the NSU campus from the main gate and proceed along Second Street, take a right at Rue Touline and proceed down Rue Beauport to the Fleur de Lis Stage on Natchitoches’s downtown riverbank where a pep rally will take place.
All NSU friends and the community are invited to attend.
