Ernest’s Orleans Restaurant will be a featured chef at Flavor of Louisiana, NSU’s spring fund raiser and seafood festival.  The event will feature seafood offerings prepared by chefs from around the state. Flavor of Louisiana will take place Friday, March 17 in Prather Coliseum and will begin at 6 p.m. Sponsorships will be available until March 1.  Tickets are $85 per individual and $135 per couple. Tickets and sponsorship information is available at www.nsula.edu/fol or by calling (318) 357-4292.
