NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University’s Student Government Association led a Patriot Day remembrance and moment of silence at 7:46 a.m. Monday, Sept. 11.  As NSU’s ROTC lowered the United States flag to half-staff, a men’s vocal ensemble led the group in singing the national anthem. In addition to faculty, staff and students, the event was attended by veterans and officers from the NSU Elementary Lab 4-H Club.
