NATCHITOCHES – The Northwestern State University chapter of Phi Beta Delta will continue its language culture series with a lecture on Kenya. The “Kenya” lecture will take place from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 8 in Russell Hall Room 107. The event will also be streamed via WebEx at the same time, with a WebEx recording available for registered attendees.
The lecture will offer insights into the language and culture of Kenya and will be presented by guest lecturer Dr. Njeri. S. Ngacha, PhD, OFS. The event is also part of a Phi Beta Delta – NSU Eta Mu Chapter Scholarship Fundraiser. Special Guest will be Dr. Marcus Jones, NSU President./
Registration for the event is open to all individuals and can be done on-site in Room 107 or online at https://nsu.la/PBDKenya with registered attendees receiving the meeting invitation/link via email after registration. The registration fee is $7 for students and $25 for all other participants.

The Phi Beta Delta Language and Culture Series supports funding for NSU students participating in international studies and aims to expand all participants’ knowledge of diversified languages and cultures worldwide.
