Veronica “Roni” Biscoe was named Executive Director of this unit on July 1, 2016. Prior to that she was the Director of University Planning, Assessment & EEO at Northwestern. She has taught as an adjunct instructor for the College of Education’s Teaching, Leadership & Counseling Department since Fall 2006. Roni earned her bachelor of arts in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and her master of arts in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Before her employment at Northwestern, she worked in the Department of Athletics at Marshall University.

Kristi Salard has been employed at Northwestern State University for fourteen years. She started with the Space Science program and then moved to the Department of Health & Human Performance. In May of 2004, Kristi accepted the role of administrative coordinator IV and SACS campus liaison for the accreditation process. She continues to work with the SACS initiative.
