NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University’s Office of Electronic Learning and Global Education will offer a driver education course April 14-17 from 7:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. 

This course will consist of 30 hours of classroom instruction and a minimum of eight hours of practice driving (behind-the-wheel instruction). Participants will receive a certificate verifying successful completion of the course. Students must be 15 years old on or before July 14 to take the course. 

 The registration deadline is Friday, April 4. A mandatory parent meeting will be held on Monday, April 7 at 6 p.m. 

Two summer driver education courses will be taught on June 9-12 and July 14-17. Visit checkout.nsula.edu for more information and to register.
