Excitement and celebration surrounded fall commencement exercises at Northwestern State University this week as the school awarded 646 degrees to 636 graduates who completed coursework in the Summer 2022 and Fall 2022 semesters.

NATCHITOCHES – Work by retiring Northwestern State University Professor of Art Michael Yankowski will be featured in a retrospective exhibition Jan. 17-Feb. 21 in Orville Hanchey Gallery.
An artist’s reception will take place from 5-8 pm. Saturday, Jan. 28.
Gallery Hours are 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 8 a.m.-noon Friday.
