Cookie decorating class begins Feb. 1

NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University’s Office of Electronic Learning & Global Engagement will offer “Cookie Decorating with Royal Icing for Beginners” starting Tuesday, Feb. 1.

The class will be held on Tuesday evenings from 5:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. through Feb. 22 in the Culinary Arts Building near the Friedman Student Union. The fee is $75.
