NATCHITOCHES – A beginning cake and cupcake decorating class will be held at Northwestern State University starting Monday, June 10.

The non-credit class sponsored by the Office of Electronic Learning & Global Engagement will be held on Monday evenings from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Culinary Arts building adjacent to the Friedman Student Union through July 1.

In the class, participants will learn the fundamentals of basic cake and cupcake decorating. This course is designed for students with an interest in baking, decorating or learning a new craft. Students will also be encouraged to express themselves creatively.
