NSU rower Victoria Dettinger to participate in international competition

NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University All-American rower Victoria Dettinger will be participating in the 2022 Royal Canadian Henley Regatta on August 2-7 in St. Catherines, Ontario, Canada.
