NSU cookbook available for holiday gifting

NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University’s popular cookbook “In Good Taste” is available for holiday gift-giving.  Proceeds from the cookbook go towards the Elise James Memorial Scholarship presented to students from the Campus Women’s Organization. NSU named a recipient of HealthC.A.R.E. grant from The Rapides Foundation

NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University was one of five organizations to be awarded a grant from The Rapides Foundation to address shortages in the Central Louisiana healthcare workforce by developing an ongoing pool of K-12 students who are interested in pursuing healthcare careers and are academically prepared to succeed in postsecondary training programs.

NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University’s Department of Fine and Graphic Art will host the annual Maker’s Fair Tuesday, Nov. 29-Thursday, Dec. 1 in Orville Hanchey Gallery.  Hours will be 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday, and 10 a.m.-7:30 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday to allow guests attending the Christmas Gala an opportunity to shop.

Multicultural Christmas Concert seeking performers for Dec. 6 event
