Pick Up Your Brush painting class to be offered Nov. 5, 12, 19

NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University’s Office of Electronic and Continuing Education will offer a Pick Up Your Brush painting class on Thursday, Nov. 5, 12 and 19 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on the second floor of South Hall. The fee is $45 per session. Each date is a separate session.

Students awarded Dylan Kyle Poche Memorial Fishing Scholarships

NATCHITOCHES – Alyssa Taylor of Charleston, Tennessee, and Kolton Splettstosser of Jasper, Texas, are this year’s recipients of the Dylan Kyle Poche Memorial Fishing Scholarship.  Taylor, who is pursuing a degree in nursing, is the first female angler to receive the scholarship. Splettstosser is pursuing a degree in mass communications.

Cenla BSN students volunteer at flu clinic

NSU Chamber Choir to perform fall concert

NATCHITOCHES – The award-winning Northwestern State University Chamber Choir will livestream their fall concert on Thursday, Oct. 29 at 7:30 p.m. from Magale Recital Hall.
