Northwestern State named a Military Friendly School

NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University has earned the 2021-22 Military Friendly School designation. This is Northwestern State’s 11th time to receive the honor,

Institutions earning the Military Friendly School designation were evaluated using both public data sources and responses from a proprietary survey. Over 1,200 schools participated in the 2021-2022 survey with 747 earning the designation.

NATCHITOCHES – All classes on all Northwestern State University campuses will be held virtually beginning at noon Wednesday, Feb. 17 through Friday, Feb. 19. NSU to close Monday for Mardi Gras

NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University will be closed Monday, Feb. 15 for Mardi Gras.

Administrative offices will reopen on Tuesday, Feb. 16. Classes will resume on Wednesday, Feb. 17 at noon.
