Online Notary Exam Prep Class to be offered

NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University’s Office of Electronic and Continuing Education will offer a Notary Public Exam Prep Course starting Monday, June 19. Class time is 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. on Monday and Wednesday until Sept. 20. The early bird fee is $430 until June 13 and $450 after that date.

NSU’s accredited Vet Tech program growing, meeting job demands

NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University’s Veterinary Technology program completed an accreditation review and licensure assessment that reported 100 percent pass rate on the Veterinary Technician National Exam last year. Ninety-four percent passed since Fall 2021, significantly exceeding the national pass rate of 63.3 percent in 2022.
