Bailey Willis named Miss Northwestern – Lady of the Bracelet

NATCHITOCHES – Bailey Willis of Opelousas was named winner of the 65th Annual Miss Northwestern – Lady of the Bracelet Scholarship Program held Wednesday at Northwestern State University.
