Fontenot named director of Electronic Learning & Global Engagement at NSU

NATCHITOCHES – Gwen Fontenot has been named director of Electronic Learning & Global Engagement at Northwestern State University.

As director of Electronic Learning & Global Engagement, Fontenot will supervise and lead the departments of Electronic and Continuing education, enhance NSU’s dual enrollment program, noncredit offerings and non-traditional adult learner programs.

Lia Henton named Cenla campus manager

NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University has named Lia Henton manager of the university’s Cenla campus in Alexandria. Ceramics class to begin Jan. 26

 NATCHITOCHES – A beginning ceramics class, “Playing in the Mud,” will be offered through Northwestern State University’s Office of Electronic Learning & Global Engagement starting Thursday, Jan. 26. The class will be offered on Thursday from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. through March 2 in Room 113 of the Fine Arts Annex.
