Professional Training
- Having your employees take a regularly scheduled NSU course (employees would get academic credit)
- Preparing an NSU course specifically for your employees (employees would get academic credit)
- Bringing your employees to campus for training through the continuing education office (employees would not get academic credit)
- Conducting online training through the continuing education office (employees would not get academic credit)
- Bringing a faculty member to your organization through the continuing education office (employees would not get academic credit)
The exact fees, timing, materials covered, and duration of training would be determined based on the organization’s need as well as the faculty member’s availability.

- Database Design/Concepts
- Java Programming
- Visual Studio .NET Programming
- COBOL Programming
- Structured Query Language
- Web Development (HTML, CSS, etc.)
- PHP
- Javascript
- A+ Training (Hardware, etc.)
- Network+ Training
- Security+ Training
- CISCO Training
- Systems Analysis and Design
- Mobile Application Development
Please note other areas may be available as well. If you are interested in training or have any questions about availability of areas, please contact Mr. Curtis Penrod at penrodc@nsula.edu. He will then work with the appropriate faculty member and the continuing education office to try to get the training set up.
