NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University’s Office of Electronic Learning & Global Engagement will offer a driver education course May 28-31.
This course will consist of 30 hours of classroom instruction and a minimum of 8 hours of practice driving (behind-the-wheel instruction). Those who complete the course will receive a certificate verifying successful completion. Those who take the course must be 15 years old on or before August 28 to be eligible to take the class Proof of age is required.
The deadline to register is Friday, May 17. A mandatory parents meeting will be held on May 23 at 6 p.m.
