NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University’s Office of Electronic Learning & Global Engagement will present a Driver Education class on April 5-8 from 7:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. Driving schedules will be set once the class begins. 

The course will consist of 30 hours of classroom instruction and a minimum of eight hours of practice driving (behind-the-wheel instruction). Participants will receive a certificate verifying successful completion of the course. Those taking the class must provide proof of age and be 15 years old on or before July 5 to be eligible to enroll in this class.  

The registration deadline is Friday, March 24. A mandatory parent meeting will be held on Monday, March 27 at 6 p.m. on the second floor of South Hall on the NSU campus.
