Master of Education in Educational Technology Leadership

The M.Ed. in Educational Technology Leadership (ETEC) offers two concentrations. One is for K-12 certified teachers and the other is for non-teaching professionals.

Educational Technology Leadership for K-12 Teaching and Learning (502A) is nationally accredited through both the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education, NCATE, and the International Society for Technology in Education, ISTE. The degree also leads to add-on certifications in Louisiana for Computer Literacy, Educational Technology Leader, Educational Technology Facilitator, and Online instructor.

The other concentration, 502 B, is Educational Technology Leadership for Workforce Development and is for non-certified, non-teaching professionals. NSU developed the state’s first online program in educational technology and continues the tradition of meeting career and academic needs locally and globally.
