Boiled crawfish prepared by Justin Krouse of Cane River Crawfish will be featured at Flavor of Louisiana, a seafood extravaganza hosted by Northwestern State University to raise funds for student scholarships.  Krouse is pictured with NSU Development staff Jill Bankston, Cori Ragan and Cristy Bernard.  Flavor of Louisiana will take place from 6-10 p.m. Friday, April 3 in Prather Coliseum.
