Maglieux’s Riverfront Restaurant will serve crawfish bruschetta at Flavor of Louisiana, Northwestern State University’s spring seafood festival and fund raise.  The Natchitoches restaurant will be one of dozens of vendors offering samples of Louisiana seafood dishes, craft beers, specialty cocktails, coffees, desserts and more.  From left are Erin Dupree, Chef Brad Haigler and Cori Ragan.
