General Military Scholarships

Air Force Reserve

2017 Annual Shreveport-Bossier Military Affairs Council (MAC) Scholarship (Click link and scroll down page): This is a $1,000 scholarship. The MAC scholarship principally targets service members assigned to Barksdale AFB. The 2017 scholarship application deadline has passed. 2018 applications will be accepted beginning March 2018.

CCAF Grads

Pitsenbarger Award: Air Force Association (AFA) Pitsenbarger Awards provide a one-time grant of $400 to selected top USAF enlisted personnel graduating from the Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) who plan to pursue a baccalaureate degree. The grants coincide with the CCAF graduation ceremonies held each Spring and Fall.
