NATCHITOCHES – Four Northwestern State University business students have been awarded scholarships from Louisiana Banker’s Association.  The students are Bradley Baggett, a computer information systems major from Elmer; Brycen Kennedy, a senior business administration major from St. Francisville; Devonte Tanner, a computer information systems major from Leesville, and Tatiana Wu Wu, a business administration major from Cartegena, Colombia.

The scholarships were presented in conjunction with the Walter Porter Experience, a forum that engages students to explore career paths in banking and entrepreneurship.

Two additional students had also been awarded scholarships but were not at the event. This Friday at 1:00, Michele Waskom and these other two students are going to meet at Russell 107 to give the scholarship checks and take a picture.
