NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University’s Office of Electronic Learning & Global Engagement will offer a beginning line dance class on Tuesday, Sept. 3.

The class will be on Tuesday from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m. in Room 127 of the Health and Human Performance Building through Oct. 8. The fee is $65. Dancing styles covered in this class will include country western, zydeco, hip-hop, and an introduction to salsa and waltz.

An intermediate line dance class on will begin on Tuesday, Oct. 15.

The class will be on Tuesday from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m. in Room 127 of the Health and Human Performance Building through Nov. 19. The fee is $65. Those in the class will have the opportunity to learn dances such as Foot Loose, Crank it Up, Can’t Wang Wit It, Zydeco, and more.  No dance partner necessary but those participating must have taken beginner’s line dance or have some line dance experience
