We are introducing a new face to face format, where you will bring your own device for guidance and practice with the applications being taught. This month, we are featuring Microsoft Bookings, Rubrics, Excel Fundamentals, and Excel: Organizing Your Data in the BYOL format. You will register using the Microsoft Form link below, and at the time of the presentation, you will bring your laptop with you to the training lab in South Hall. If you would like to see other workshops presented in this format, or if you would like us to come present to your departments, please let us know. Microsoft Bookings
Microsoft Bookings is a tool that connects with your Outlook calendar, Teams, or Webex to allow individuals to schedule appointments with you during selected timeframes. Learn how to set up your Bookings application and to share the link so that others may connect with you.

Rubrics
If you have ever struggled with the details of how to grade an assignment, this workshop is for you. We will discuss how to create a rubric that will help students understand the assignment, while also making grading easier for you. Bring a rubric or assignment to this workshop and you will receive feedback that you can apply immediately to improve your course.

Managing Your Gradebook: Mid-Term Edition
We have reached the middle of the semester and you need your gradebook ready for your 10-week grades to be posted. Learn how to make sure your gradebook is calculating your 10-week grades correctly and be able to export a copy when your grades are finished.

This workshop is an introduction to Excel components. Learn about creating and navigating worksheets, entering text, dates and numbers, selecting cells, entering formulas, and much more.

Excel: Organizing Your Data
Have data in Excel that is overwhelming? Learn how to organize your data so it can be more manageable. Topics include: importing data from other Excel files and other file types such as CSV and TXT files, text to columns, removing duplication, sorting and custom sorting by multiple columns, filtering, creating subtotals, and copying/moving worksheets within and out of a workbook.
