NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University’s Department of Mathematics hosted the Demon Match Classic, a quiz bowl-style math competition for high school students. Sixteen teams from eight schools attended the March 21 event. Students competed as teams and as individuals. The Demon Math Classic was sponsored by Sabine State Bank.
