Northwestern State University Student Government Association President Jacob Ellis of Athens and NSU President Dr. Chis Maggio helped dozens of student, faculty and staff volunteers unload vehicles, haul boxes and direct traffic as new and returning students filled residence halls Saturday, Aug. 17. Following move-in, a slate of activities is planned to help students make new friends, get involved and prepare for the upcoming semester, which will begin Monday, Aug. 19. Late registration for fall classes will continue through Aug. 27. Information on registration is available at www.nsula.edu.
