NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University faculty and staff were recognized for 25, 30 and 35 years of service during the university’s annual faculty/staff lunch. Honorees are as follows.
Marking 25 years of service were Nancy Alexander, director of Child and Family Network; Tammy Armstrong, administrative assistant in the Office of Technology, Research and Economic Development; Kay Cavanaugh, Business Affairs; Carolyn Jones, coordinator of Scholarships and Student Employment; Amber LaCaze, computer user support specialist; Joseph Parrie, associate director for Web Services; John Byrd, assistant professor in the Department of Biology and Microbiology; Christopher Fulton, maintenance foreman; Jacqueline Hawkins, interlibrary loan assistant; Lora Hayes, administrative coordinator for Admissions, and Tommy Tilley, associate director of IT-TAC, Information Technology Services.
Marking 30 years were Dr. Lisa Galminas, professor in the Department of Mathematics; Steven Hicks, executive director of the Academic Advising Center; Dr. Tommy Hailey, professor of anthropology and archaeology; Dr. Michael Moulton, professor in the Department of Health and Human Performance; Dr. Leigh Ann Myers, professor in the Department of Mathematics; Marla Rachal, Accounting and Reporting; Juanita Self, instructor at NSU’s Leesville-Fort Johnson campus, and Dr. Leeann Sticker, professor at NSU’s Leesville-Fort Johnson campus.
Dr. Julie McDonald, professor in the College of Business and Technology, was recognized for 35 years.
