Student Affairs
Procedures for addressing student complaints and grievances are found in the Student Handbook to address issues such as sexual harassment, informal resolution of a complaint, formal grievance procedures, redress of grievances, filing complaints, and student-grievance procedures. The Student Handbook is published annually by the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs.
Academics
Academic complaints are coordinated by the University Registrar. These include grade appeals, registration access appeals, and residence status appeals: Frequently-used Student appeal request forms (Registrar’s Office)
