NATCHITOCHES – Three sessions of water aerobics classes will be offered this summer through Northwestern State University’s Office of Electronic Learning & Global Engagement.

The classes are scheduled for June 6-29, July 5-27 and August 1-24 and will be each Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the Robert W. Wilson Recreation Complex. The fee is $55 per session.

Using the unique properties of the water, this class provides individuals with a fun and challenging workout designed to increase heart rate, strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and enhance endurance. Water aerobics meets the demands of the most skilled movers and is gentle enough on the joints for those seeking a low impact alternative.
