NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University’s Department of Hospitality Management and Tourism is hosting a Columns Café King Cake Fund Raiser. King cakes made from scratch by culinary arts students will be available in five flavors: cinnamon sugar, cinnamon cream cheese, pecan praline cream cheese and strawberries and cream, which are $50, and white chocolate raspberry for $55.
Available pick-up dates are Thursdays, Jan. 30, Feb. 6, Feb. 20 and Feb. 27. Orders must be placed by Feb. 23. The cakes can be picked up at the Culinary Arts Building.
