NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University’s Department of Health and Human Performance will host a Sport Agility and Nutrition Camp July 15-17. Hours will be 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
The camp is open to athletes 11-18 who want to improve their sport performance through strength, speed and agility testing, along with individual nutrition evaluation. Campers will practice improved biomechanics during training and increased skill-building. Each participant will get results and recommendations for improvement, an individualized plan based on sport and position and tools to reach their peak performance.
