NATCHITOCHES – Artist Pete Gorham will hold his senior exhibition at Northwestern State University on April 14-18 in the Orville Hanchey Art Gallery 2. Admission is free and open to the public.

The exhibition titled “FARRAGO” will feature a wide collection of pieces ranging from mixed media collages to odd sculptures and collections of poems and essays, all acting as an installation, like an interactive scrapbook the viewer can walk through.

“Art is a conversation- with the materials, with fellow artists, with artistic tradition, with the viewer and at its very core, myself,” said Gorham, a fine and graphic arts major from Pineville.

The show’s reception will be held on Thursday, April 17 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Gallery 2. There will be food, music and cameras. Guests are encouraged to take pictures and make memories.
