NATCHITOCHES – The Purple Pizzazz Pom Line will hold its auditions for the 2021-22 squad on Saturday, April 24 at Prather Coliseum. Doors open at 8:00 a.m. and auditions are expected to end by 4:30 p.m. Lunch will be provided.
The Purple Pizzazz Pom Line is the official spirit hostess group of Northwestern State who performs and showcases their spirit for the NSU Demons. They are an elite team of entertaining and strong performers with collegiate professionalism.
All members receive a scholarship, but must enroll in the varsity dance and pep band classes as well as maintain a 2.0 semester and cumulative GPA. As a member of the pom line, there are many benefits such as performances at all home basketball and football games, opportunities for campus and community service, involvement on campus and more.
