Microsoft has issued a notice that they are removing the Everyone Except External Users permission from OneDrive. This will occur between April 10 and September 30 of this year. We will not be notified of an exact date, but if you have embedded video in your courses with this permission, you may lose connection with those videos. One way to avoid issues with student access to your videos through Moodle is to share links to the videos. However, if you prefer to embed, you will need to be sure that student permissions are assigned appropriately. Even if you are not using Stream, you might find uses for OneDrive’s folder-level permissions.
